ABSTRACT: The rapid development of ICT have impact on almost all sectors including education and industry. In education, ICT utilization bring out the synchronous and asynchronous e-learning. The combination of both concept is called blended learning. One of the institution that have implemented blended learning concept is Mediu. This research take the student of Mediu Yogyakarta as the object of the research. E-learning implementation can not be separated from LMS (Learning Management System). Mediu uses ALIMs that is developed with Moodle as the LMS. Learning process using ALIMs have vary psychological effect on the student’s attitude towards the system. To determine the level of student’s satisfaction in learning process need an instrument that can measure the satisfaction. One of the instrument is ELS Yi-Shun Wang. ELS model have similarity with EUCS. The difference is only in term of satisfaction dimension. In this thesis, researcher try to analyse the satisfaction of Mediu Yogyakarta’s student. The analysis is based on Research result that is done by Doll, Xia et al. (1994). The result of this research show that all construct is valid, reliable and has a strong correlation, consequently the instrument is suitable to be satisfaction measurement instrument. Among all dimensions, the dimension of feedback and assesment have the most significant correlation. Keywords: Blended learning, ALIMs, ELS, EUCS
