Township to have education and industrial zones
THE Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS), located within the Kuala Lumpur conurbation, is an integrated township spanning 2,113ha is jointly developed by Matrix Concepts Group and the Mentri Besar Negeri Sembilan Incorporation (MBI).
BSS is about 45 mins to the city centre, 20 mins to KLIA, 40 mins to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya and 15 mins to Port Dickson. It is a township consisting of residential, commercial, institutional, leisure and industrial zones.
Once completed, residents will be able to enjoy the proposed 18-hole golf course and a 10.5ha Sendayan Green Park.

The single-storey houses is priced from RM159,888; double-storey houses from RM249,888 and luxury semi-D from RM349,888.
The 407ha Sendayan TechValley, a freehold property within the township is a specially earmarked zone with infrastructure, utilities and facilities for technopreneurs.
“The houses are of modern contemporary design with practical layouts and quality materials to meet the demand of the present market,’’ said Matrix Concept Holding Berhad (MCHB) executive chairman Datuk Lee Tian Hock.
He said BSS was also the state’s dedicated education valley hub with allocated parcels for institutions of higher learning like the Institut University College of Nursing and the College University of Science and Technology.
